Occupational Therapist
About the Role
As an experienced Occupational Therapist at Connect PTS, you will provide comprehensive assessment and intervention to a paediatric caseload, supporting children and young people with occupational performance concerns. You will deliver services across individual therapy, group therapy, telehealth, home and school programs, working collaboratively within our wonderful multidisciplinary team.

Your Responsibilities
- Assessment and intervention for children and young people presenting with occupational performance concerns.
- Plan and provide evidence based occupational therapy services to clients through individual therapy, group therapy, telehealth, home programs and school programs for children.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of therapy programs and services.
- Identify and document client goals, evaluate progress and plan re-evaluation.
- Consult with family, school and other relevant stakeholders regarding assessment and intervention.
- Provide clinical support and guidance to members of the Occupational Therapy team and supervise students as required.
- Participate in multidisciplinary assessment and treatment programs.
- Initiate and participate in quality improvement in consultation with line manager to evaluate service delivery and meet customer needs.
- Function as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
Employment Criteria
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated experience in paediatric OT
- Passion for family-centred practice
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and WA Working with Children Check
- Current C or C-A Class driver’s licence
