Important to have:
- A current South Australian driver’s licence
- A current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Screening clearance to work with children and vulnerable people (DHS Screening Clearance)

Support Worker
In accordance with the Vision, Purpose, and Values, and strategic direction of Hola Support, everyone’s safety is a priority and a responsibility shared by everyone at Hola Support as such, the requirement to continuously improve quality and safety is inherent in all aspects of this position.
Qualifications
- Cert III in Disability Care
- Proof of First Aid Training
- Recent, related experience working as a Support Worker
- Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate effectively in English
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position
- Excellent communication abilities and interpersonal skills to interact positively and effectively with participants, staff and the general public
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise multiple and changing tasks that require attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a team
- Commitment to Person-Centred care with a Service-Oriented attitude
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Demonstrate initiative within appropriate scope of practice
- Demonstrated knowledge of protocol to escalate concerns
- Must be self-directed and show initiative
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis
