What You’ll Do
Front of House Duties
Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and with care.
Train, mentor, and schedule FOH staff to ensure peak performance.
Coordinate with kitchen staff and management to deliver smooth and productive service.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house areas.
Assist with the planning and execution of special events and promotions.
Bartender Duties
Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options.
Maintain a well-stocked and organised bar, ensuring all products are rotated and presented properly.
Provide recommendations to guests on drinks and pairings.
Ensure accurate cash handling and efficient service during peak hours.
Create a lively, welcoming atmosphere behind the bar.
Comply with all RSA and health & safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For
RSA Certificate (essential).
Proven hospitality experience in bartending and/or front-of-house service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace.
Knowledge of bar operations and mixology.
Organised, efficient, and able to multitask.
Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive attitude and genuine passion for great service.
