About the Role

We're looking for Charcoal Chicken Cook's for our busy teams at our Frangos locations . For this role you will be required to prepare and cook our charcoal chicken safely, consistently and to recipe standards.

As part of our Frangos team, you'll help set the standard for everything that follows in all our locations.

No previous experience is required — full training is provided on the job.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate the charcoal area safely and efficiently
- Cook charcoal chicken to Frangos quality standards
- Portion and prepare chicken for service
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and station cleanliness
- Support smooth service flow during busy periods
- Work closely with the wider team to deliver a great experience.
- Previous kitchen or rapid food experience is helpful but not essential

You will need to possess the following:

- Well-presented and friendly attitude;
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment;




- Positive attitude and good communication skills;
- Flexibility to work various shifts between Monday to Sunday; and
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
