As part of a small and friendly team dedicated to customer service and excellence, your role is to help customers in our Castle Hill Showroom and with Telephone, email and Web Chat enquiries, Customer Service and Admin duties.

The role is a full time role working a 10 day fortnight including some Saturdays on a roster basis. Reduced hours and flexible roster days is an option.

Experience in Sales roles in and some background in designing or home furnishings is required. Extensive training will be provided.

Traineeship with extensive training on the job, in a team setting is available to suitable applicants.

This is a permanent full time role but may suit a candidate with restricted hours (such as school children) with some flexibility .

We are looking for a long term team member. This role is not suitable for part time students or working visas.

The Role





· Showroom face to face and inbound enquiry Sales

· Telephone, email and Web Chat enquiries

. Salary + commission

· Dealing with product enquiries

. Office Duties

. Customer Service

. 5 Days including rostered Saturdays

. Base Salary plus Commission on Sales, Plus Superannuation

To be considered for this role the following experience and skills are essential:

- Sales experience
- a flair for Home Decorating and Design
- Outstanding customer service skills
- attention to detail
- The ability to rise to the occasion and provide outcomes and solutions

Experience in a similar role is desirable and excellent English and communication skills is essential:
