Position Overview

The HR Manager will lead and direct the human resources functions at Oscar Mobile Pty Ltd, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services while supporting our business objectives and company culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including workforce planning and talent acquisition
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and development programs
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and workplace regulations
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation
- Handle visa sponsorship and immigration matters
- Manage workplace health and safety programs
- Lead training and development initiatives
- Provide strategic advice to management on HR-related matters

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HR management roles
- Thorough knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices




- Experience with HRIS and recruitment systems
- Strong understanding of visa sponsorship and immigration processes

- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Advanced organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in retail or mobile telecommunications industry

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Remuneration: $100,000-$120,000
