WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Kitchen & Service

- Running your section through service and keeping standards high when it gets loud.
- Prep, ordering and stock control alongside the rest of the kitchen team.
- Leading from the front and training from all angles whenever there’s an opportunity.
- Throwing ideas at specials and menu development — we want them.
- Getting stuck into events, from Brazil Day to private functions at Valentines.
- Keeping food safety and cleanliness exactly where they should be.
