Join our supportive team delivering in-home care services to older Australians (65+) across Townsville and surrounding areas.

About You

- Able to work across Townsville and the wider Townsville region
- Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence and have access to a comprehensively insured car (no international licences or shared vehicles)
- Have a genuine passion for helping older people remain independent in their own homes
- Able to commit to a minimum of 6 hours per day across 3 to 4 weekdays and available to work until 6:00pm when required
- Commit to completing our fully paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training Program (Tuesday to Friday during your first two weeks)

We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds, including:

- Studying or recently completed a Cert in Ageing, Disability or Home and Community Care
- Current Aged care, disability support or healthcare worker
- Hospital support services or patient care roles
- Caring for a family member or loved one
- Cleaning or domestic services

No formal qualifications are required. If you're caring, reliable, and willing to learn, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

You'll provide personalised support that helps customers continue living safely and independently at home, including:

- Domestic assistance, cleaning and laundry
- Meal preparation and household support
- Social support and companionship
- Personal care assistance (following training and based on your skills)




- Medication assistance (where applicable)
- Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing

- $34.80 - $36.59 per hour + Super + 25% casual loading (for casual contracts)
