The Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will prepare high-quality Lebanese and contemporary pastries, desserts and sweet offerings, ensuring exceptional presentation, consistency and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

● Prepare and present pastries, desserts and Lebanese sweets to an exceptional standard.

● Follow established recipes while maintaining consistency in flavour, quality and presentation.

● Contribute creative ideas for new pastries, desserts and seasonal offerings.

● Manage daily pastry preparation and production.

● Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety and kitchen cleanliness.

● Monitor stock levels and minimise waste.

● Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team during service.

● Ensure all pastry products are prepared, stored and handled correctly.

About You

● Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.





● Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and dessert production.

● Experience with Lebanese or Middle Eastern pastries is highly regarded.

● Creative, organised and detail-oriented, with a strong eye for presentation.

● Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, premium restaurant environment.

● Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements.

● Reliable, professional and committed to working as part of a team.

● Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
