About the Role

We are recruiting a Bookkeeper to join the team at Corowa, NSW. You will be responsible for managing, maintaining and evaluating records of financial transactions in account books and computerised accounting systems for our facility. This is a full-time position with annual salary not less than $79,423.00 plus superannuation.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Performing daily receipting and bank reconciliations;
- monitoring cash flow and lines of credit
- Posting weekly revenues, disbursements to principals and/or external suppliers, and cleaning recoveries;
- preparing and producing financial statements,



budget and expenditure reports and analyses using account books, ledgers and accounting software packages
- preparing invoices, purchase orders and bank deposits
- reconciling accounts against monthly bank statements
- maintaining accurate spreadsheets to various reports—deposits, bookings, refunds; payments and others;
- verifying recorded transactions and reporting irregularities to management
- preparing and analysing Capex reports and reconciliations across weekly and monthly periods;

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

- CPA would be preferred
- More than 12 months similar working experience is a must.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience interpreting technical data and maintaining accurate records.
- Advanced computer skills, high attention to detail, confidentiality, and a current driver's licence.
