Located in Kingscliff, Taverna is a quaint, boutique, Greek-inspired beachfront restaurant. A hatted restaurant for the past 6 years, Taverna is well known for its outstanding menu that utilises the freshest of locally sourced ingredients, delicious cocktails and fun and friendly service that together create the most incredible vibe

We are searching for a talented Commis Chef to join our small team of committed professionals to help create and deliver the best food possible.

You will primarily be engaged in food prep, grill and fry cooking and general food service. You will assist with ensuring that we maintain our commitment to producing the highest possible level of quality of food for our valued customers.

About you:

- You will be experienced working in a high volume, fast paced venue
- You have great abilities in the kitchen with particular strengths on the grill
- You have excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail
