Who will you be working with?

You'll be joining a well-established insurance broking business with a growing presence in Robina. Working closely with an experienced broker and supportive team, you'll play an important role in servicing a diverse portfolio of domestic and SME clients.
This is a collaborative, hands-on workplace where you'll have the opportunity to develop your technical broking skills, build strong client relationships and learn from experienced insurance professionals. The team values people who are reliable, proactive and keen to build a long-term career in insurance broking.

What will you be doing?

- Providing internal account management and broking support
- Managing and servicing a portfolio of domestic and SME clients
- Assisting with renewals, endorsements, quotations and policy administration
- Liaising with clients, insurers and underwriters




- Preparing documentation and ensuring policies are accurately processed
- Building strong relationships with clients and supporting their insurance needs
- Assisting with the placement and negotiation of risks
- Working closely with the broader team to deliver a high level of client service

What do you need?

- Previous experience as an Assistant Account Executive, Internal Account Executive, Broker Assistant or similar
- Experience within general insurance broking
- Understanding of commercial insurance products and processes
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
- A proactive, reliable and team-focused approach
- Someone who enjoys working in an office environment and being part of a collaborative team
