Operations & Sales Support Coordinator Ados Travel Co | Contract or casual | 15 hrs/week

Ados Travel Co is a quick-moving online travel agency based in Perth. We're growing and we need a sharp coordinator to help run the engine room behind the scenes.

This is a contractor role 15 hours per week across Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8 AM to 1 PM AWST. 100% remote to start. There's a genuine view to expand hours as the business grows.

What you'll be doing:

- Managing the founder's inbox and calendar so nothing slips through the cracks
- Keeping our sales agents accountable on their leads and pipeline follow-ups
- Managing our CRM (Privyr) — keeping it clean, tagged and up to date
- Corporate outreach — researching business prospects, sending outreach and booking meetings on the founder's behalf
- Instagram DM prospecting for a premium travel retreat product

What we're looking for:

Someone who thrives in a small,



high-trust team where ownership matters and things actually get done. You don't need travel industry experience. You do need to be reliable, self-directed, and comfortable switching between tasks without losing the thread.

Perth timezone preferred. Australian-based and ABN required.
