Rope Access Lead | Senior Rope Access Technician

Seeking an experienced Rope Access Lead or Senior Rope Access Technician to oversee safety and quality in building facade restoration and remedial projects. This is a full-time, permanent role with standard weekday hours based in the greater Sydney area.

About the role

- Must hold valid rope access certifications and demonstrate leadership experience in similar roles.
- Hourly rate: up to $70 inclusive of leave loading.
- Location: Greater Sydney region.

Key responsibilities

- Lead daily rope access operations ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship in facade restoration, painting, sealing, and remediation tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients and site personnel to manage project delivery and risk mitigation.
- Contribute to site planning and enforce safety risk management procedures.
