As a Full Time Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our vibrant retail store. This role has management progression opportunities.

What you'll be doing

- Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the perfect products to meet their needs
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless checkout experience
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards to create an inviting and engaging shopping setting
- Actively participate in product training to develop comprehensive knowledge of our merchandise and brand
- Support stock management and replenishment tasks to ensure product availability
- Contribute to a positive team culture and collaborate with colleagues to achieve store objectives

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a customer service or retail sales role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry. Previous leadership experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and build rapport
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail




- Enthusiasm for the retail industry and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers
