About the Role:

- Strong background in retail sales, customer service, or mobile accessories (at least 1 year of experience preferred).
- A genuine passion for mobile technology with the ability to build trust and recommend the right solutions for customers.
- Previous experience in mobile phone repairs (iPhone, Samsung, Oppo, and similar) is highly valued, but we also welcome those who are eager to learn, adapt, and implement new skills.
- Reliable, dedicated, and always willing to go the extra mile for the customer.
- Flexibility to work at least one weekend day if required.
- Great attention to detail, with pride in the quality of your work.
- Strong ability to achieve sales targets, work in a team, and excel in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Motivated to grow with us as we continue to push the limits and strive to be the best in our category.
