Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with menu specifications.

Manage food prep, station setup, and service workflow efficiently during busy trade.

Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards.

Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and minimize food waste.





Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth, timely service.

Requirements

Experience: Proven background as a Chef or Commercial Cook in a fast-paced environment/ zero experienced w willing to learn .

Qualifications: Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered for strong Cook applicants)/ willing to learn .

Skills: Solid knife skills, strong understanding of food safety regulations, and the ability to work under pressure.

Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
