Your Impact: A Day in the Life
Bring your skill set to Dubbo’s provider of choice for disability support. In this role, your day-to-day work creates visible, empowering outcomes for adults with disabilities by:
- Guiding daily living skills and supporting individual personal care.
- Facilitating active community access, social engagement, and key appointments.
- Completing daily case notes, incident reports, and essential administrative tasks.
- Working flexibly across various age groups and client needs as required.
Note: To provide seamless support to our clients, availability across a 24/7 roster (including mornings, evenings, and sleepover shifts) is highly valued.
What You Bring to the Team

The Essentials:
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive.
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) and a paid Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance.
- Willingness to consent to being listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
