Production Associate

Syntro Health provides the local and international pharmaceutical industry with cGMP investigational product manufacturing, warehousing and distribution services. Manufacturing activities include non-sterile finished product manufacture for a range of dosage forms, packaging and labelling for clinical trials. Located in a convenient inner-City location adjacent to public transport, the company is looking for experienced GMP production operators to manufacture a range of small scale dosage forms of Clinical Trial products (e.g. tables, capsules, topical products, oral solutions etc), using a range of production equipment. This includes tablet presses, coaters and blister packers.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a can-do attitude. Solid GMP skills are mandatory, while some mechanical aptitude,



good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to pick things up quickly is a distinct advantage.

As a Manufacturing Operator you will be responsible for:

- Setup of equipment for manufacturing and packaging
- Manufacturing and assembly of clinical products
- Operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment
- Following SOPs
- Maintaining and recording manufacturing documentation
- Cleaning of manufacturing equipment and environment

Prior experience in tablet compression, tablet coating, blister packaging and two piece encapsulation will be highly favourable.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of GMP, cleanroom environments and demonstrated prior experience in a similar role within the Pharmaceutical/Food industry.
