Job Title: Home Care Support Worker

Hours: 10-20 hours/week

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team on a casual basis. You will provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, helping them achieve their personal goals and enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist client with Community Outing
- Support clients in participating in community activities and social engagements.
- Assist clients for Activities of daily living.
- Implement individual care plans and ensure clients' needs and preferences are met.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.

Qualifications:

- Certificate III in Disability/Age care, Individual Support, or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in disability/home care support or a similar role.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in assisting clients with immobility

Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour
