As the face of the claims team, you'll be the first point of contact on-site (or virtually), assessing property damage, preparing repair scopes, and working closely with customers, builders and internal claims teams to achieve the best repair outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct on-site and virtual assessments of insured residential properties
- Prepare scopes of works and determine the most appropriate repair solutions
- Provide technical advice on policy coverage, repair methods and claim outcomes
- Manage claims through the repair process, ensuring quality, compliance and customer satisfaction




- Build strong relationships with customers, builders and internal stakeholders
- Complete reports and documentation within agreed service standards
- Assist during catastrophe (CAT) events as required

We are looking for someone with:

- Residential building, construction, estimating, restoration or insurance assessing experience
- Strong understanding of residential building methods and repair processes
- Experience preparing accurate scopes of works for insurance or construction projects
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to build relationships with builders and customers
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple claims
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering quality outcomes
