We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to take ownership of a section within our kitchen at an iconic recent restaurant within the Powerhouse Museum, Parramatta. You'll bring precision, consistency, and energy to every service, helping deliver a dining experience that is confident, contemporary, and distinctly Western Sydney, as part of a kitchen team built to lead the way.

What You'll Do

- Take full ownership of an assigned section during service
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to exacting standards
- Manage mise en place, stock rotation, and section cleanliness
- Work in close step with the wider kitchen team during service
- Support junior team members and help maintain a smooth, disciplined kitchen

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy, quality-focused kitchen




- Strong knife skills and section discipline
- Ability to stay composed and consistent under pressure
- A genuine pride in your craft and your section
