Your New Role
As a Senior Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality, accuracy and effectiveness of our corporate accounts and insurance administration processes. Working closely with internal teams, external insurers and key stakeholders, you'll provide technical guidance, manage escalated cases and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance member outcomes.
Please note this is a full time contract opportunity until June 2027.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert support and resolution for complex insurance and corporate account enquiries, exceptions and escalations;
- Leading quality assurance activities and coaching team members to maintain high processing standards;
- Managing and remediating data quality exceptions and supporting ongoing system and process improvements;
- Investigating and resolving complaints, incidents and complex member matters in partnership with key stakeholders;
- Acting as a technical expert on underwriting, corporate insurance and insurance application processes
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives that improve member experience, operational effectiveness and compliance outcomes;
- Building strong relationships with members, advisers, insurers and internal stakeholders; and
- Supporting risk management, compliance activities and operational governance requirements.
How do you exceed our expectations?

- Previous experience in superannuation insurance, ideally within a member-focused superannuation environment;
- Strong knowledge of insurance underwriting, corporate insurance arrangements, personal-to-corporate transfers and insurance application processing;
- Experience handling complex member issues, escalations, complaints or disputed matters;
- Experience coaching, mentoring or providing technical guidance to others;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities;
- A solid understanding of regulatory and compliance obligations within superannuation and insurance environments;
- You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
