Whether you are an experienced gluten-free baker or a traditional baker looking to adapt your skills to the rapid-growing GF market, we’ll set you up for success with complete training for the right person.
What We Are Looking For
- Dough & Pastry Expertise: Essential understanding of how yeasted dough works. Skills in laminated dough, pastry work, and hand-shaping bread are major pluses.
- Autonomous & Efficient: Ability to work unsupervised, manage your time well, and maintain a spotless, clean work environment.
- Solid Work Ethic: High standards for product quality, strong reliability, punctuality, and a genuine passion for the craft.
- GF Experience: Gluten-free baking experience is advantageous, but not strictly required—we can train the right applicant!
What We Offer
- Work-Life Balance: Days are Tuesday through Saturday. No night shifts and no very early morning starts!
- Flexible Roster: 25–35 hours per week, comfortably spread across 3–4 working days.
- Growth: Opportunity to transition into a full-time position in the near future.
