Organise, control and coordinate the day-to-day accommodation and hospitality

operations of a remote mine site village or camp, ensuring secure, compliant and efficient

delivery of lodging, housekeeping, catering support, guest services and site amenity

services for workforce residents.

Main duties include:

1. Plan, coordinate and oversee daily accommodation operations for mine site

residents, including room allocation, check-in/check-out processes and occupancy

control.

2. Direct and monitor housekeeping, cleaning and room presentation standards to

ensure accommodation facilities are maintained in a safe, hygienic and serviceable

condition.

3. Supervise village front-of-house or guest service functions, ensuring workforce

residents’ accommodation-related requests, complaints and service issues are

resolved promptly and professionally. This is consistent with assessing and reviewing

customer satisfaction.

4. Coordinate catering, dining or meal-service support operations with kitchen and

service teams to ensure food service delivery meets roster demands, quality

standards and site requirements.

5. Control and review site hospitality service standards, including room readiness,





cleaning turnaround times, amenity availability and resident satisfaction outcomes.

6. Select, roster, train, supervise and performance-manage accommodation,

housekeeping and hospitality staff to maintain efficient village operations.

7. Oversee village property presentation, minor maintenance reporting and

coordination with maintenance or facilities teams to ensure buildings, rooms and

common areas remain functional and fit for use.

8. Maintain operational records and assist with purchasing, stock control and cost

monitoring for accommodation consumables, linen, cleaning supplies and

hospitality-related resources.

9. Ensure all accommodation and hospitality operations comply with workplace health

and safety requirements, site procedures, hygiene obligations and other applicable

laws and regulations.

10. Liaise with mine site management, contractors and service providers to coordinate

accommodation demand, village services, camp operations and continuous service

improvement across the site.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
