Dishwasher - Food Manufacturing & Production

Join our dedicated production team and play an important role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety. This hands-on role is responsible for ensuring equipment, utensils, trays, and production areas are cleaned and sanitised to support efficient food manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitise trays, utensils, containers, production equipment, and food-contact surfaces
- Operate commercial dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout production, storage, and preparation areas




- Complete scheduled cleaning and sanitation tasks in accordance with company procedures
- Ensure cleaning chemicals are used, stored, and handled safely
- Remove waste and maintain tidy work areas throughout the shift
- Support production staff by ensuring clean equipment and utensils are available when required
- Follow strict food safety procedures and comply with HACCP requirements at all times
- Adhere to workplace health and safety policies and contribute to a secure working environment
- Assist with general cleaning and sanitation duties as directed

Work Conditions

- Manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving equipment, trays, and containers
- Work in both wet and dry environments, including hot wash areas and chilled production areas
- Early morning starts – ideal for early risers
- PPE and uniform provided
- Fast-paced environment requiring focus, efficiency, and teamwork

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $33.85 – $37.98 per hour

Expected hours: 28.0 – 38.0 per week
