What You’ll Do
- Menu Development: Collaborate on seasonal menu design with a focus on creativity, flavour, and understanding our customer base.
- Quality & Presentation: Deliver consistently high-quality dishes with excellent attention to detail.
- Kitchen Standards:
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen that meets all hygiene and food safety regulations.
