THE POSITION

- Preparing and presenting high-quality meals for residents
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene and HACCP compliance standards
- Assisting with menu planning and special dietary requirements
- Managing stock rotation, ordering and inventory control
- Adhering to workplace health, safety and infection control procedures

THE PERSON

- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Stock control and inventory management experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A caring and respectful approach when interacting with residents and colleagues
