Roofing Tradesperson (Commercial) and/or Labourer – Brisbane & Gold Coast
Casual during probation, full-time offered after probation | $50–$60/hr + overtime | 40-50 hrs/week

We are a Brisbane roofing business focused on quality workmanship, reliable delivery, and a safe, positive work environment. Due to ongoing commercial projects across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, we are seeking an experienced Roofing Tradesperson and/or Labourer to join our team with consistent hours and a transparent pathway to long-term employment.

What you’ll be doing

- Remove and install commercial roof sheeting and associated flashings
- Install insulation, gutters/box gutters, sumps/outlets and roof penetrations
- Work from drawings and site instructions to deliver a high-quality finish
- Maintain safe work practices in line with SWMS, site requirements and company procedures
- Coordinate with the team to keep production and quality on track

What we’re looking for

- Tradesman - Minimum 3 years’ roofing experience (commercial experience preferred)




- Own tools of trade and reliable transport
- Strong safety mindset, reliable attendance, and good communication
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards

- Full Driver Licence (required)

Employment & pay

- Casual role during probation, with full-time offered after successful probation period
- Tradesman - $50–$60 per hour + overtime, based on experience and capability
- Labourer - hourly rate will vary depending on experience and qualification
- Expected hours: 40–50 per week
- Work locations: Brisbane and Gold Coast (site-based / on the road)
