DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS:

Negin Asia Halal Bakery is located at 301 Thomas Street, Dandenong, VIC, 3175 and we need urgently 4 Pastry Cooks to perform the following duties.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepare, bake, and decorate a wide range of breads, cakes, pastries, desserts, cookies, muffins, tarts, quiches, and other baked products.
- Mix, knead, shape, proof, and bake doughs and pastry products in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
- Prepare fillings, creams, custards, icings, and other bakery ingredients.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment and production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Monitor product quality, presentation, baking times, and oven temperatures to ensure consistency.
- Plan and organise daily production based on schedules and customer requirements.




- Conduct quality and quantity checks on ingredients and finished products.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work workplace in accordance with food safety and workplace health and safety regulations.
- Monitor stock levels and report equipment, supply, or production issues to management.

Appropriate candidate must have the following skills, education and experience:

Education : Certificate III or Certificate IV or Diploma

Australian Experience : At least 3 + years of Australian Experience OR

Overseas Experience : At least 3+ years of Overseas Experience

Specialist : Pastry / Bakery

Work Rights : Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or Full Work Rights Holder

Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents will be preferred. Other applicants with full work rights can apply only if they meet the above criteria.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $79,500.00 – $90,000.00 per year
