Salon Manager – WAXD MT Ommaney Shopping Centre

$66,500 + up to $14,000 in performance bonuses (~$80,500 total potential) | Full-time

Services: Waxing (brows, body, female Brazilian), tinting, spray tanning, makeup.

THE ROLE

You'll run the Mt Ommaney salon day-to-day: you'll have real autonomy to lead, backed by proper support when you need it.

This is the right move if you're:

- An experienced Salon Manager or 2IC elsewhere, ready for more autonomy, a bigger pay ceiling, and a brand actually going somewhere.
- Senior Beauty Therapist already carrying manager-level responsibility, ready to make it official — title, pay and all.

PAY & HOURS

- Employment type: Full Time
- Base Salary: $66,500
- Bonuses: + $14,000 performance dependent
- 39 hours/week (Tuesday - Saturday)
- Location: Mt Ommaney Shopping Centre, Mt Ommaney

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- Certificate III (or higher) in Beauty Therapy
- Experience as a Salon Manager, Team Leader, or Senior Beauty Therapist
- A genuine standard for client experience, and the leadership presence to hold your team to it

WHAT YOU'll OWN

- Leading, coaching, and developing your team day to day
- Rostering, stock, salon flow, and standards
- Client experience and protecting the WAXD standard
- Hitting and exceeding performance targets
- Bringing ideas that keep the salon improving
