This is an in office role as a Disability Support Worker at Care Cube in Ballarat, VIC. As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities. Your role will involve helping NDIS participants with personal care, household tasks, and community participation.

Qualifications

- Valid certification or relevant qualification in Disability Support or a related field
- Empathy, patience, and a compassionate approach towards supporting individuals with disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families
- Ability to follow care plans and provide tailored support to meet individual needs




- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Understanding of disability rights, inclusion, and person-centered care principles

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
