We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated and enthusiastic EHS Administrator to join the Alstom team and provide essential administrative and coordination support to the EHS function.

Responsibilities
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in Setting, Health & Safety while gaining valuable hands-on experience within a major rail project setting.
Working closely with the EHS team, you will provide administrative and coordination support, helping to maintain strong safety standards, accurate records and effective EHS processes across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inductions for contractors and support onboarding requirements.
- Complete data entry into EHS systems and prepare reports for the EHS Manager.
- Maintain and update action registers arising from hazards, audits and incidents.
- Follow up with action owners regarding progress and agreed completion timeframes.
- Prepare and update safety communications, posters and site materials.
- Print, laminate and distribute EHS documentation and communications as required.
- Maintain site registers, including LOTO registers, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
- Support the Drug & Alcohol (D&A;) testing process in coordination with the external provider.
Provide general administrative support to the EHS team and assist with safety initiatives as required.
Your Profile
We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, motivated and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in developing a career.
You will ideally have:
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to confidently communicate with contractors and site personnel.
- Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Strong time-management and organisational skills.
- A positive, team-oriented approach and willingness to learn.
Previous administration or site-based experience will be highly regarded, but enthusiasm and the right attitude are equally important.
