About the Role

We are seeking experienced Commercial Metal Fabricator to join our growing team. You’ll be working across a wide range of commercial projects, delivering high-quality installations in a professional and well-organised environment.

You’ll gain exposure to diverse sites and projects.

Main duties & Responsibilities

- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings and technical specifications.
- Fabricating, assembling and installing sheet metal components and ductwork for commercial air conditioning systems.
- Measuring, cutting, forming and assembling sheet metal components to required specifications.
- Operating sheet metal machinery, cutting equipment and a range of hand and power tools.
- Installing and assembling commercial air conditioning ductwork and associated sheet metal components on construction sites.
- Aligning,



fitting and securing ducting components on-site to ensure correct installation and workmanship.
- Working from technical drawings and project specifications to ensure components are fabricated and installed accurately.
- Maintaining appropriate workplace health and safety standards while working on-site.
- Working collaboratively with other trades and site personnel to complete air conditioning and ductwork installations.

Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour
