About the role

We are looking for a Casual educators to join our centre teams - Certificate III or diploma qualified Educator to join a Thrive Casual group team. You will work alongside experienced educators to deliver programs that support each child's learning, and to give every child individual attention, comfort and a real sense of belonging.

- Contribute to the planning, delivery and evaluation of educational programs aligned to the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

- Contribute to the planning, delivery and evaluation of educational programs aligned to the Early Years Learning Framework
- Record observations of children to support program planning
- Support the inclusion of children with additional needs, including those with disabilities, Aboriginal children, and children from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
- Support the inclusion of children with additional needs, children with disabilities, Aboriginal children and children from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
- Work in line with the National Quality Framework, food safety requirements and Thrive's policies
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved), or actively working towards completion within a defined timeframe.

- Current First Aid qualification
- Skills,



knowledge and training in food safety and hygienic food handling
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and current practice in early childhood
- Demonstrated understanding of child development principles relevant to the EYLF.
- Proficiency in using digital platforms for observation recording and communication.
- The ability to work as part of a team, take direction and seek support when you need it
- Flexibility of time and shifts
