As part of our commitment to providing fresh, high-quality products, we are seeking an experienced Butcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cutting and processing meat products while maintaining high standards of quality, freshness, food safety and customer service..

Key responsibilities:

· Trimming, deboning, cutting, mincing, and grinding meat to the required shape and size for display or as specified by customer orders.

· Preparing crumbed meat cuts, as well as marinating, seasoning, and curing selected cuts for enhanced flavour and texture.

· Selecting and preparing meats for the production of small goods, ensuring quality and consistency.

· Operating machinery for grinding, mixing, mincing,



and tenderizing meat as part of the production process.

· Creating custom seasonings and pickles by blending spices, salt, and other key ingredients to enhance product flavour.

· Utilizing sausage fillers, smoking chambers, and cooking kettles or vats to produce specialty meat products.

· Offering expert advice to customers on the best cuts of meat for various cooking methods and meal preparations.

Skills:

- Qualification in related discipline is an advantage
- Minimum of 1 years relevant experience
- Able to work overtime and during weekend and public holiday
- Positive communication service
