About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and people-focused People & Culture Coordinator to join our People & Culture team based in Brisbane. This newly created role is an exciting opportunity to gain broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle while building a strong foundation for a long-term career in HR.

As a People & Culture Coordinator, you'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of HR activities, including:

- Supporting recruitment and talent acquisition activities
- Coordinating onboarding and new starter experiences
- Assisting with employee recognition and engagement initiatives
- Supporting learning and development programs
- Contributing to internal communications, including employee newsletters
- Assisting with HR projects and employee experience initiatives
- Maintaining employee records and HR systems
- Supporting compliance, reporting, and administrative processes
- Coordinating corporate social responsibility and wellbeing activities

This role offers exposure to multiple areas of HR, making it ideal for someone who wants to develop into a future HR Advisor,



HR Business Partner, Talent Specialist, or People & Culture professional.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Studying or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- Passionate about helping people and creating positive workplace experiences
- Organised, detail-oriented and proactive
- Confident using Microsoft Office and quick to learn current systems
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Professional and trustworthy when handling confidential information

It's desirable if you have:

- Previous administration, customer service, or HR experience
- Exposure to HRIS or payroll systems
