We are seeking an experienced Project Leader with strong expertise in petrochemical and oil & gas contracting projects. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in mega turnarounds, shutdowns, and mechanical/erection/industrial cleaning works within petrochemical plants.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage petrochemical / oil & gas site projects.
- Plan and execute Mega Turnaround, Turnaround & Shutdown activities.
- Coordinate with client representatives, planners, and site teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Drive project progress while ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Manage contract execution and handle client communications & negotiations.
- Supervise mechanical, erection, hydrojetting, catalyst handling, heavy lifting, and industrial cleaning activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations in hazardous petrochemical environments.
- Monitor site fabrication activities and specialized cutting operations (40K Pump / Cold Cutting).




- Maintain proper documentation and reporting.

Required Experience

- Minimum 15 years of experience in contracting for Petrochemical / Oil & Gas sector.
- Experience in reputed contracting companies handling:
- Mechanical works
- Erection works
- Industrial cleaning in petrochemical plants

- Strong experience in plant turnaround & shutdown projects.
- Experience in Jubail / Yanbu region preferred.
- Similar petrochemical project experience in India may also be considered.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred from a reputed institution).
- PMI Certification – Preferred

Technical & Qualified Skills

- Strong knowledge of:
- Hydro jetting
- Catalyst handling
- Heavy lifting operations
- On-site fabrication
- Petrochemical / hazardous work environments
- 40K Pump / Cold cutting operations
- Contract management

- Proficient in:

- MS Word & MS Excel
- Email communication
- Contract negotiations

- Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
