About the role

Do you enjoy a balance of office work and hands-on operations servicing customer’s?

Due to an internal promotion, the Warringah Timbers team is on the lookout for a reliable and flexible team player to join us as an Inside Sales team member on a full time basis.

This role operates a full time hour week across Monday to Friday (with occasional half Saturdays). You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks, from responding to phone enquiries, organising deliveries, processing customer orders, preparing quotes and processing customer transactions in store.

You will need to complete a medical assessment prior to starting with Warringah Timbers.

What you will be doing:

- Creating Orders for customers

- Purchase orders

- Responding to customer enquiries and taking special orders

- Preparing accurate quotes and organising delivery schedules

- Engaging customers on the phone or via email to drive sales





- Managing daily administrative tasks for Trade Account Managers

- Providing in-store customer assistance

What you will bring:

- A strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude

- Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset

- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook

- Timber and hardware knowledge is an advantage but not essential

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a sense of urgency
