Our Seaforth Flagship Cafe / Restaurant is on the hunt for a new Shop Manager.

The days will likely be a Tues - Saturday 4 or 5 days of work.

Kitchen Experience and knowledge required for the role as we are a multi functioning cafe.

Barista experience also a bonus!

The role includes, ordering, staff management and training, performance KPIs relating to labour, quality control and Customor retention rate. Overseeing of the kitchen team and barista team is essential to keep the operation running smooth.
Being able to work under pressure and handle a fast paced environment is essential.

Minimum 2 years experience in a management role or senior team leader role or 2 years kitchen experience as a sous chef is also suitable.

Strong english language skills are essential as there will be a lot of customer facing communication.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
