Part of the WSA Group, Bloom Hearing Specialists operates a growing network of hearing care clinics across Australia and New Zealand. As we continue to invest in our people, capability and future growth, we're looking for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to help shape how learning drives performance, development and customer outcomes across our retail network.

This is more than a traditional L&D; role.

About The Role

Reporting to the Head of Retail Operations, you'll design,



deliver and embed impactful learning solutions that build capability across our ANZ Retail business.

Working closely with Retail Leadership, Global Learning & Development and key stakeholders, you'll create learning experiences that strengthen employee capability, accelerate development and support business growth.

Location: Milton, QLD
Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 day remote)

What You’ll Be Doing

Develop Capability Across Our Retail Network

- Execute learning initiatives aligned to ANZ business priorities and our global learning strategy.

- Partner with Global L&D; to design and evolve the ANZ Retail Academy.

- Ensure learning solutions align with capability frameworks and career pathways.

- Support the growth and development of both current and future talent.

Design and Deliver Engaging Learning Experiences

- Create, facilitate and evaluate learning programs for Hearing Care Clinicians and Hearing Care Professionals.

- Design learning solutions that strengthen:

- Clinical and product knowledge

- Customer experience

- Sales effectiveness

- Retail and operational excellence

- Support organisational capability during product launches and business transformation initiatives.

Enhance Onboarding and Career Development

- Design learning journeys that help new employees succeed and existing employees grow.

- Develop programs that support capability development and career progression.

- Partner with leaders to embed learning and coaching into everyday ways of working.

Manage Learning Systems and Content

- Maintain and optimise our Learning Management System.

- Curate engaging and relevant learning resources.

- Measure learning effectiveness and use insights to continuously improve outcomes.

Enable Leaders Through Coaching

- Develop coaching resources and practical toolkits for retail leaders.

- Build leader capability to coach, develop and grow high-performing teams.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure learning governance and compliance requirements are embedded effectively.

About You





You're an experienced learning professional who is passionate about developing people and creating learning experiences that deliver measurable impact.

You'll bring:

- Extensive experience within Learning & Development, ideally in retail, healthcare or multi-site environments.

- Strong instructional design, facilitation and learning evaluation skills.

- Experience managing and optimising Learning Management Systems (LMS).

- The ability to translate business priorities into engaging and practical learning solutions.

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.

- A degree in Education, Human Resources, Organisational Development or a related discipline.

- A growth mindset, commercial awareness and a genuine passion for helping people succeed.
