· Perform remediation, modification, and restoration on existing architectural cabinetry or damaged furniture assets.

Ideal candidate profile

· Mandatory Requirement: Minimum of 1 year of full time, verifiable work experience in a cabinet making, joinery, or furniture manufacturing role.

· Technical Plan Interpretation: Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and cutting lists, including calculating dimensions, material take-offs, and tolerances.

· On-Site Installation: Proven capability to fit bespoke cabinetry, kitchens, bathroom vanities, and commercial joinery on-site, including leveling, scribing, and adapting to irregular surfaces.

· Finishing & Remediation: Practical knowledge of surface preparation, progressive sanding, applying protective coatings (seals, lacquers, stains), and performing minor repairs or modifications.

· Workplace Health & Safety (WHS): Strict adherence to workshop and site safety regulations, correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE), dust extraction protocols, and safe material handling.
