What We're Looking For

- Bachelor or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Previous Centre Director experience, with a strong Senior Leadership background




- Thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Law, and Regulations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Current Working With Children Check & Current Child Protection Training
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding education and care
