We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Cup & Co Floreat.

This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely knows hospitality and is confident working in a busy, fast-paced café environment.

We’re looking for someone who can lead from the floor, support the manager and keep the café running smoothly while maintaining great service and a positive team environment.

You’ll need:

- Solid café or hospitality experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Confidence leading and organising a team
- Ability to handle busy services and stay calm under pressure
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
- A strong work ethic and reliable attitude
- Availability across weekdays and weekends





This is not an entry-level management position. We’re looking for someone with genuine hospitality experience who is ready to take responsibility and be an important part of the business.
