The Role

We are seeking compassionate and proactive NDIS Support Workers to join our growing Ayr team. You will play a vital role in empowering our participants to achieve their goals, providing essential day-to-day assistance, and fostering community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality, person-centered support in alignment with the participant’s NDIS goals and Service Agreement.
- Assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and community access.
- Maintain accurate shift reports and case notes using our care management software.
- Adhere strictly to the NDIS Code of Conduct and internal safety policies.

About You:





- Previous experience as a Support Worker in the NDIS or disability sector.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and a valid driver's licence. (First Aid/CPR certification preferred)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for advocating for people with disabilities.
