Medical Receptionist

PhysioTime Physiotherapy is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Medical Receptionist to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing practice.

This is a leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences while supporting team performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily clinic operations ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Coordinate staff recruitment, onboarding, and training
- Maintain high standards of customer service and patient care
- Manage appointment scheduling, billing, and practice software (e.g. Cliniko)
- Support accounting processes, including invoicing, payments, and reporting
- Assist with and implement marketing initiatives (social media, campaigns, promotions)
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and healthcare standards

About You





- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a medical reception or clinic coordination role
- Strong and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Experience with practice management software (Cliniko preferred)
- Interest or experience in healthcare marketing is highly desirable
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a dynamic environment
- Evening shift and Saturday cover
- Excellent communication skills
