The Role

We seek a self-motivated Food & Beverage Attendant with a can-do attitude to join our team. You will be passionate about providing outstanding hospitality to our Members and guests. Dinner service is Tuesday to Saturday.

Responsibilities and Attributes include:

- The setting of the restaurant
- Gueridon Service
- Tableside Decanting
- Discussing food suggestions in our fine dining à la Carte restaurant
- Having excellent communication skills to liaise with Members and attend to their requests.
- Having a positive can-do attitude.
- Working autonomously and as a team player.

The Successful Candidate will demonstrate the following:

- Valuable food knowledge
- Full Australian working rights
- Minimum two years restaurant experience.
- Experience using a P.O.S. system.
- Passion for excellence in customer service.
- Current RSA Competency Card.
- Immaculate grooming and presentation.

Pay: $32.31 – $38.78 per hour

- Restaurant: 2 years (Preferred)
- Gueridon service: 1 year (Preferred)
