About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Speech Pathologist to join our growing team. In this role, you will work with participants who require complex, specialized, or intensive support, delivering high-quality services to enhance their communication and overall development.

Responsibilities

- Conduct screenings and assessments to evaluate participants' communication abilities and needs.
- Develop individualized therapy and treatment plans tailored to participants' goals.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and support teams to implement effective strategies.
- Monitor and review participant progress, making necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with NDIS quality and safeguarding standards in all practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology) or equivalent.
- Registration:



Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia and Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status.
- Essential Certifications:
- Current Driver's License.
- Current Worker Screening.
- CPR / First Aid Certificate.
- New Worker NDIS Induction Module completion.
- Other Requirements:
- Eligibility to register for a Medicare Provider number.
