Milestone Living Pty Ltd is seeking a qualified and motivated Engineering Technologist to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.

The successful candidate will provide technical engineering support across construction and project activities, including reviewing designs and specifications, coordinating technical requirements, monitoring project performance and assisting with the implementation of engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and interpret engineering drawings, plans, specifications and technical documentation.
- Assist with the planning, design, development and implementation of engineering and construction projects.
- Analyse technical requirements and recommend practical engineering solutions.
- Conduct technical inspections, testing and evaluation of materials, systems and construction activities.
- Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications and relevant standards.
- Collect and analyse technical and operational data to assess project and system performance.
- Identify engineering and construction issues and assist in developing appropriate corrective solutions.
- Assist with preparing technical drawings, reports, specifications, schedules and project documentation.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
- Assist in reviewing construction methods, materials and technical processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Monitor quality assurance requirements and maintain appropriate technical records.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling and progress monitoring.




- Ensure engineering activities comply with relevant Australian Standards, WHS requirements and company procedures.
- Provide technical advice and support to project and site teams.

Qualifications and Experience

The successful applicant will have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum one year of relevant experience is preferred.
- Relevant professional experience in engineering, construction or a related technical environment.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, plans and technical specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of construction processes and relevant Australian Standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and workplace safety.
