As our highly valued Senior Test Analyst based in Brisbane, your role will drive quality across our Workflow & Intelligent Automation platforms, combining hands-on testing and automation expertise with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

- Designing and executing high-quality manual and automated testing aligned to our overall test strategy
- Building and maintaining automated test suites across web, API and integrated systems
- Testing complex end-to-end solutions across multiple systems, services and data sources
- Embedding automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to improve quality and delivery efficiency
- Managing defects through their lifecycle, ensuring issues are clearly identified, prioritised and resolved
- Working closely with business and technology stakeholders to identify risks and deliver quality outcomes
- Driving continuous improvement across testing methodologies, tools, processes and automation practices
- Championing a strong quality mindset and supporting others to build their testing and automation capability

Working within our Customer Technology, Data and AI team, you’ll be part of a cross-functional Scrum environment delivering customer-facing, marketing and workflow platforms. You’ll combine hands-on testing with automation expertise, using modern frameworks and CI/CD practices to improve how we build, test and release technology.

You’ll have the opportunity to challenge existing approaches, identify opportunities for technical and process improvement and help shape testing practices across the team.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- 5+ years’ experience as a Test Analyst, Automation Tester or similar, with strong hands-on automation experience
- Proven experience building and maintaining automated test suites across web, API and integrated systems
- Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium (Java), Playwright or equivalent
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps, including integrating automated testing into build and release pipelines
- Experience with Behaviour-Driven Development practices and tools such as Cucumber, Gherkin or TestNG
- Experience with API and service testing tools such as SoapUI, Postman or equivalent
- Strong understanding of end-to-end web application testing, including cross-browser and responsive behaviour
- Experience using Git and test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Zephyr or equivalent
- Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify risks and edge cases beyond defined requirements
- Exposure to workflow, RPA or low-code automation platforms such as UiPath, Power Platform or Dynamics 365 will be highly regarded
- A degree in an IT-related discipline or similar
